Cristian’s academic approach focuses on coupled dynamical systems in wind energy. During his doctoral research, he developed a fully non-linear code to simulate the fluid-structure interaction of mechanical systems immersed in low-speed vortex-dominated flows. Using this tool, he predicted sub-critical, critical, and post-critical behaviour and aero-elastic instability margins for wind turbines. more: Cristian Guillermo GEBHARDT.
