Bee Ting has earned her a Doctorate in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, with a specialisation in membrane science and technology for pre-combustion carbon dioxide capture. Such membranes have obvious real-world applications as the ability to filter carbon dioxide from exhaust gas is vital for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions (e.g., from power plants that burn fossil fuel). As such, it plays a direct role in fighting global warming. more: Bee Ting LOW.
